They were they ultimate expression of his multiverse “eternal champion” idea in that each book was the same story told in a parallel universe.

Interesting. There is no mention of this in IMDB, but there *is* an “Untitled Elric Saga Project” set for 2010. Interesting, interesting, interesting.
