The story missions play out way longer than the side missions, it’s pretty unbalanced, and once you finish school (which you can do early) there’s no way to fill a lot of time. In general the more compact world works to the game’s advantage, but as time goes on it really does start to feel cramped.

All that aside, I thought it was a fantastic game in the genre, certainly more worthy of Rockstar’s efforts than Liberty City Stories (I did like Vice City Stories).

Did you play The Warriors? I heard it was good too, but I missed it.
