I commonly find I&#039;m the most productive after 8pm, when the constant Slack pings have died off for the day. Just have to be mindful of not working 10-12 hour days all the time or you&#039;ll burn out. 

One thing I&#039;ll add: when work is done for the day, close your laptop and put away your phone or at least silence notifications from work apps. Your family will thank you for being present and for leaving work &quot;at work.&quot;]]></description>
